Lorne Folick


Lorne Folick is a lawyer whose practice focuses primarily on the area of liquor liability.  He defends restaurants, bars, pubs and hotels in actions arising from the over-service of liquor.
Lorne has been counsel on many of the leading cases in this rapidly developing area of the law, and is often called upon to provide risk management advice to liquor providers.  Recently, Lorne authored the definitive textbook, “Liquor and Social Host Liability Law in Canada.”  Lorne’s interest in liquor liability law is equally matched by his interest in fine wine.
